The Walking Dead Lands is a post-apocalyptic open-world build-and-earn experience based on The Walking Dead universe. Build and upgrade your land, structures, and communities while earning rewards.
50K PLOTS OF LAND
Plots of land contain various biomes, and sometimes rare resources. While land traits vary, every plot can be built upon and enhanced. Only 50K will be available to own, but there is much more to explore and discover. The map will be composed of the following:

PUBLIC LAND
For infrastructure, public events, and other experiences
WALKER LAND
Available to everyone, scavenge at your own risk
OFF-WORLD LAND
Accessible only to Walker Pass Holders

VENTURE INTO WALKER LAND
Walker Land makes up most of the world. It cannot be claimed, but it can be explored and contains plenty of useful things, such as resources to scavenge, trade, or sell. Plus, one might be able to capture roaming walkers. Be cautious though, discoveries aren’t always what’s expected. Since Walker Land is vast, you might need a vehicle to traverse larger areas. Some bikes are already available on OpenSea.

THE KEY TO A FUTURE
Our version of the Key to a Future book is an essential source of information for survivors. It contains valuable and funny insights that can help you navigate the challenges of rebuilding and surviving in a post-apocalyptic world.
STRUCTURES
Structures can be acquired or found, and can consist of different types of complete buildings (houses, prison, barn…) These can also be usable parts: walls, fences, mills, dams, wells, or even machines, such as a giant ‘hamster wheel’ to generate electricity.
WALKERS
The Walking Dead would be nothing without its walkers. In this universe, walkers have a major utility. They can be found or bought (such as the degenerative walker collection, generating 4 walkers over time), and used in different ways on your land.
VEHICLES
In the post-apocalyptic world of the Walking Dead Lands, where survival is key, vehicles become extremely valuable assets. Obtaining and maintaining a vehicle is a top priority for survivors.

BUILD AND EARN
Beyond adventure and exploration, we see TWD Lands as a place where you can earn from your efforts.
Earn tokens (more info to come) and the more you build and enhance your land and community, the more you can earn. Not a TWD land owner? No problem, you can still contribute in many ways to the prosperity of the community you are part of and get your share.
The tokens will be used as a currency in The Walking Dead Lands.
THE ROADMAP
BENEFITS FOR PASS HOLDERS
If you own a walker pass, you are one lucky survivor! Pass holders have access to exclusive rewards and airdrops, enjoy benefits on all public drops, and get BETA access to the virtual world. “Off-World” VIP areas will also be available only to pass holders, and contain plenty of surprises and unique experiences. In addition, sneak peeks of the development of this world will be shared in the private pass holder discord channel.

What is TWD Lands exactly?
It’s an open-world build & earn experience based on the AMC The Walking Dead franchise.
What is Build & Earn?
In TWD Lands, you can earn rewards and tokens while building your land and growing your community. There will be many possibilities to generate tokens that will be unveiled a bit later. We see TWD Lands as a virtual ecosystem where users can sell, rent and earn from their efforts.
So what do I need to start?
The strict minimum needed to enter TWD Lands universe will be an avatar and a vehicle. However, owning a plot of land opens to a lot more possibilities and sources of income. The walker pass (only 5K available ever) gives you also very exclusive rewards and a forever VIP access. See some of the benefits here.
I have a deed of land, what can I do with that?
Your deed of land will be converted to a plot of land in TWD Lands. Each plot will display different biomes, and depending on the rarity, contain different resources. As the first phase of the roadmap, we plan to unveil these plots of land and display them on an interactive map with the related info. Everyone will be able to navigate through the map and visualize plot data.
What about the tool drop?
Tools will be really useful as they will help you to build, repair, plow some land, defend yourself, etc. You might want to get your hands early on some good ones.
What about the degenerative walkers drop?
Walkers are here to stay. Each time someone dies, a new walker is born. Survivors are learning how to live with them while staying safe. In TWD Lands, users leverage them to power their structures and help with defenses. The degenerative drop gives you the chance to buy a walker that will spawn 3 more (4 in total)
Can I buy or claim Walker Land?
No, only the regular 50K land plots will be sold. Walker Land will be available to anyone to explore.
Where do I get my avatar?
Avatars aren’t available yet, more info to come on this. You will be able to configure various avatar attributes.
When is the launch date?
There is no launch date set yet. We want to take our time and create this universe that we will enjoy ourselves. Dates for each phase will be announced a bit later.
